One line. NGO GRADIENT is a Ukrainian non-profit with two programmes: SYNTONIA (free social services and mental health for veterans and families) and GRADIENT BUILDERS (technology teams for communities).

Paragraph. NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION «GRADIENT CENTER» (EDRPOU 46389902) was founded in 2026 in Kyiv. SYNTONIA provides free social services — counselling, social adaptation, employment support, mediation — to veterans, service members, their families and people in hard circumstances, online across Ukraine and in person in Kyiv, and brings together a community of psychologists and psychotherapists working evidence-based and without stigma. GRADIENT BUILDERS forms teams of veterans, students and engineers that build products for communities, the environment, health and reconstruction. • Builders (plural): “gradient builder” is a common name for CSS gradient generators — not us.
• The organisation — NGO GRADIENT or NGO GRADIENT; not just “Gradient”.
• We are not a foundation or a charity fund — a non-governmental organisation with non-profit status.
