For corruption, harassment, violence or an undisclosed conflict of interest, write to hello@ with «Reporting a violation» in the subject line. Such messages are handled personally by the Chair of the Board; if the report concerns the Chair, by the Meeting. You may write anonymously.
Accessibility
Found a barrier on the site — write to hello@ with «Accessibility» in the subject. We reply within five working days and tell you when it will be fixed.

Appealing decisions
Decisions, acts or omissions of the governing bodies can be appealed. Section 7 of the Statute sets the procedure: a complaint to the Board, then to the Meeting, and a decision of the Meeting to the court.
